Having Produced Nearly 3.5 Million Wheels And Performed Exports Worth App. 155 Million Dollars In The First Half Of 2018, Maxion İnci Wheel Group Exports More Than 75% Of Its Production From Plants In Manisa To More Than 50 Countries.
A Manisa-based wheel producer for global automobile brands, Maxion İnci Wheels Group set a seal on exports in the sector. A subsidiary of the world’s largest wheelproducer, Brazilian Maxion Wheels, and İnci Holding, Maxion İnci Wheels Group made investments worth 150 million US dollars in the past 6 years, with further investments in the pipeline. They performed exports reaching nearly 300 million dollars in 2017, exporting 75% of their production to more than 50 countries.
Evaluating the first half of 2018, Mustafa Zaim, the Chair of the Board of Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, said: “As Europe’s single-location wheel producer with the broadest product range, our employment rates in the plants located in Manisa keep rising as well. With nearly 1,700 employees, we produced more than 10 million wheels last year. The total export volume of Maxion Jantaş and Maxion İnci was 300 million dollars in 2017. We keep growing in 2018, as well. We continue to make investments, with the faith we have for our country and people.”
Zaim underscored that Maxion İnci Wheel Group, the rising star of the Aegean, will keep significantly contributing to the economy of Turkey, and added: “We exported nearly 3.5 million wheels in the first half of 2018, with an export volume worth 155 million dollars. We are aware of our responsibility that comes from our leading position in the sector in the field of exports in the Aegean region, therefore we keep
producing for our region and Turkey. We will not compromise on our disciplined and solution-oriented working model, and make sure to maintain customer satisfaction levels reached thanks to the high-quality products we send to all parts of the world.
