DIGITALIZATION
Maxion İnci Wheel Group initiated its digitalization efforts in the early 2000s, and the Group's investments in this area continue unabated. Over the years, there has been a consistent increase in the investments made in digitalization, innovation, analytics and emerging technologies.
Maxion İnci Wheel Group, in collaboration with the Bosch Group, has been a pioneer in Turkey within the scope of Industry 4.0 initiatives. Through this collaboration, the wheel industry witnessed the launch of an AI-powered production line. Beyond the ventures with the Bosch Group, Maxion İnci has successfully completed more than 100 projects in areas such as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), virtual reality, image processing, artificial intelligence, digitalization of maintenance processes, predictive maintenance, quality applications, and robotic process automation (RPA).
In terms of digital transformation practices, Maxion İnci Wheel Group ranks among the top five companies in Turkey.
INNOVATION
Maxion İnci Wheel Group places a significant emphasis on innovation, both in its global operations and in Turkey. A major initiative has been launched within Maxion Wheels Global to promote and expand the culture of innovation.
Systems have been restructured. A web-based platform has been developed to enable employees to share all their ideas. Through this platform, over 10,000 employees of Maxion Wheels can submit their suggestions related to technological or innovative products and processes. The analysis and conversion of these suggestions into projects have become an integral part of the group's innovation culture. In the factories located in Turkey, a structure named iadvocate (innovation representatives) has been established. This practice is operationally updating information related to all potential global developments.
