President of Board of Directors Mustafa Zaim

Mustafa Zaim, who is the President of Board of Directors at Maxion Jantaş Wheels and Maxion İnci Wheels since 2003, acts as Maxion Wheels Top Management Consultant and a member of Maxion Wheels Global Leadership Team. Mr. Zaim also serves as the Vice President of Zaim Industrial Consulting A.Ş. since 2007, where he is a founding partner.

Born in 1955 in Ankara, Mustafa Zaim graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University.

Mr. Zaim started his career at Jantaş A.Ş. and later served as Deputy General Manager at Wat Motor A.Ş in Istanbul between 1981 and 1983.

In 1983, Mr. Zaim founded Rimtaş A.Ş. in Istanbul, in which he served as the General Manager and Managing Director.

In 1986, Mr. Zaim served as General Manager of İnci Akü A.Ş. and Managing Director of Board.

Between 1991 and 2003, Mr. Zaim was appointed as the Vice Chairman of Executive Board of İnci Holding. Subsequently, as CEO of the İnci Holding companies, Mr. Zaim was also the Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Boards of İnci Exide Battery A.Ş., Jantaş A.Ş., Lemmerz İnci A.Ş., Cinex A.Ş. and İncitaş A.Ş.

In 2003, besides his roles as Chairman of Hayes Lemmerz International Turkey Operations, Chairman of Hayes Lemmerz Jantaş and Chairman of Hayes Lemmerz İnci, Mr. Zaim was appointed as the member of Hayes Lemmerz International Global Leadership Board. In addition to these duties, he acted as Hayes Lemmerz International Top Management Consultant starting from 2009 and as Head of Global Purchasing between 2009 and 2012.
