Turkish automotive supply industry leader Maxion İnci Wheel Group organized a “Seniority Awards” ceremony to thank 80 employees who have completed 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 years of service at the company for their contributions. Mustafa Zaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, presented tokens of appreciation to senior employees, stating that their devoted efforts carried Maxion İnci Wheel Group to a significant position in Turkey and expressing his firm belief in all employees for the future.
Maxion İnci Wheel Group, the single-location wheel manufacturer with largest product range in Europe thanks to plants in the Manisa Organized Industrial Zone, gave out awards to employees who have completed 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 years of service at the company. Manufacturing wheels for global automotive brands with 1,700 employees, Maxion İnci Wheel Group presented tokens of appreciation to 80 employees at the Seniority Awards Ceremony.
Zaim: We have grown thanks to employees’ contributions and devoted efforts
Mustafa Zaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Maxion İnci and Maxion Jantaş, stated that it was thanks to employees’ contributions and devoted efforts that Maxion İnci Wheel Group reached a significant position in Turkey, and thanked all employees. All these efforts could only be associated with loyalty and the sense of belonging at Maxion İnci Wheel Group, Zaim said and added: “Loyalty and the sense of belonging are embedded in the roots and genes of Maxion İnci Wheel Group. We have been passing these traits onto upcoming generations since the day we were founded over half a century ago. It is a defining factor for both a newcomer and an employee receiving a 40-year seniority award today to exhibit the same level of loyalty and sense of belonging. It is one of the most important traits that has helped Maxion İnci Wheel Group reach where it is today.”
Mustafa Zaim remarked that they operate in a sector with ever-increasing competition around the world and in Turkey, and continued as follows: “We must always come up with new ideas to become stronger and maintain our success in the face of competition.
