We evaluate the competencies required for each position together with the technical knowledge and motivation level of our candidates. Remaining open to global assignments or rotations is significant because we are a global company.
In our recruitment and placement processes, we focus on getting to know you in the best way, in addition to applying competency-based interview, personality inventories, talent tests and English level-placement exam. In the last stage, we are conducting group meetings with our department managers and executive managers.
